1. Ingredients

natural starch,such as maize/corn starch and tapioca starch as main materials,through extruding treatment process,to produce multi-functional

and high-valuable biodegradable packing materials.

2. The twin screw extruder is special designed,consists of following  systems:feeding system,extruding system,cutting system,heating system,oil lubricating system for gear box and cooling system. Under high pressure and high temperature , form the shapes at the extruder mould , change different mould can get different shapes.

3.Products of packaging foam peanuts  line: corn starch loose filler, biodegradable packing peanuts,resilient &reusable stuffing materials, water soluble & compostable cushioning materials.
